From Nepal to America and Back Again

So the trip I had been counting down months/weeks/days/hours is finally over. It was an amazing trip and we so wonderful to see everyone again. Its funny because as soon as I landed and Savannah and Laurie picked me up from the airport we instantly fell back in to our old ways of being together again. Chatting about what people did last weekend, new bars, wedding plans, and just normal everyday conversation. It instantly seemed like Nepal was a long time ago even though I knew I would be going back in 2 weeks time.

It was quite a whirl wind of events. Throwing Savannah's bachlorette party on Friday and then my mom, dad, and Andy picking me up at 5am on Saturday morning to be back in North Dakota by noon to get ready to be in Amanda's wedding. Then back to Minneapolis for Savannah's wedding the last Saturday. Everything was fast but went so smooth and amazing I would not have changed a single thing during that time. I have was able to see most of my past clients and got treated to some amazing meals! Thank you guys for that. And I even saw my grandparents and got some one on one sister hot tub time. Loved seeing my family and friends and I am blown away at how big my nieces and nephew are!

I must say I don't think I have changed a whole lot but I have discovered I am a little to blunt and am a little unaware that everyone around me understands what I am saying in the US when I speak English. Other than that I think I am pretty well the same.

Short post but I am back in Nepal, I am adjusting slowly except I became third world sweaty and dirty real quick. Thank you Nepali buses. The heat and humidity are rough but I am counting down the days till monsoon cools everything off! Back to village life!
